The Young and the Restless spoilers (YR) for Thursday, June 14th (Flag Day), promise Nick refusing to wave the white flag at Victor even as Billy needs Phyllis to surrender on just this one thing. Also, Charlie growing closer to Shauna.
When Summer (Hunter King) barged in on Billy (Jason Thompson) and Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) having sex in the living room, Billy was cool about his one-time niece moving in because it actually is her apartment.
Yes, she was his niece via Nick and Victoria… or via Jack. Take your pick depending on who you think her father really is.
That was before she opted to strut around barely dressed, flirt shamelessly with him, and then basically threaten that if he told her mom, she’d paint him as the bad guy.

Now Billy would really like for him and Phyllis to move out. It is Summer’s apartment, after all… but Phyllis thinks her daughter needs a calming, adult influence around. She can’t abandon her now!
