The Young and the Restless spoilers (YR) reveal the Newman and Abbott families are racing against the clock in a frantic search for Abby and Zack. Little do they know one woman in town knows all — but the secret location may as well be locked in a vault.
The Search Gets Underway
Victor (Eric Braeden), Jack (Peter Bergman), and Paul (Doug Davidson) are doing everything in their power to find Abby (Melissa Ordway), but without any leads it’s not looking good. There’s no trace of the Newman heiress or her boyfriend. It’s a dangerous situation and everyone fears they may never see Abby again.
Dina Finds Her Way Home
While Abby and Scott (Daniel Hall) suffer away in a storage locker, Dina was able to make her way back to town. Unfortunately, with her deteriorating mind, she’s unaware of the significance of her joyride and who was in the car.
No Help At All
All Dina knows is she stowed away in the back seat and didn’t even recognize the car was occupied by her granddaughter and her boyfriend. In her fragile state, she spills her road trip story in a matter-of-fact way, concentrating only on herself.

It’s a terrible twist since Abby and Scott’s lives are in danger if they stay hidden for too long. Plus, each passing hour gives Zack (Ryan Ashton) even more time to get away and go into hiding. If only Dina was more lucid, Abby could be found.
A Tiny Tidbit
Shockingly, the one detail she does remember is the name of the town but it doesn’t mean much to those around her. When Dina talks about being lost “in Road Side,” it’s misinterpreted as her being found on the roadside. Sadly, it’s a detail that could cost Abby everything.
