Victor makes Nikki promise to keep his secrets, while Phyllis rides in on a white horse… and wants something in return.
Keep It Quiet
Victor (Eric Braeden) has never been good at being seen as vulnerable. Previously, whenever he had a health issue, he’d just leave town and order some doctor to make him better. No doctor would ever dare say no.
These days, he allows Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) to coddle and take care of him. But as the situation gets worse — thanks to Adam (Mark Grossman) doubling Victor’s dosage of medication — Victor also needs her to lie about his state.

He makes Nikki promise to keep mum. This will be just like when Woodrow Wilson had a stroke and his wife, Edith, was basically running the country!
Nikki will have no problem lying to the general public, and even friends like Jack (Peter Bergman). But will she be able to lie to Nick (Joshua Morrow) and Victoria (Amelia Heinle)? Abby will be no problem, of course, but it’s Adam who they really have to watch out for!
