The Young and the Restless spoilers for Wednesday, September 12 reveal the walls closing in on various Genoa City citizens.
Victor is reminded of his past in the most traumatic way possible, Victoria feels like she can’t escape hers, and Brittany is back to help a friend rescue their future!
Passing Through
After Dina (Marla Adams) was once again less than helpful when it came to the identity of Jack’s (Peter Bergman) biological father, we wondered — why is he even still asking?
First, she lied for multiple decades, then she repeatedly got it wrong – and then, Abby (Melissa Ordway) offered to put it up on social media and crowd-source it.
(Yup, that won’t bring both wackos and fortune hunters out of the woodwork, all claiming to be millionaire Jack Abbott’s daddy. And who’s going to call them out on it? Dina?)
This all leads to a major shock for Victor (Eric Braeden). The other man in the photo is HIS father, Albert Miller!

Yup, the same Albert Miller who was so poor he abandoned his wife and two small sons, leading Cora no choice but to put little Christian in an orphanage.
So, while Cora was struggling, and the future Victor Newman was eating gruel (and the way he tells it, getting picked on by that bully, Oliver Twist), Albert was seducing lonely socialites at the Genoa City Country Club? That seems… odd.
Give Me Some Credit
Victoria (Amelia Heinle) freaks out that Rey (Jordi Vilasuso) investigating Nick (Joshua Morrow) over JT’s credit cards could lead to the long-awaited discovery by anyone, just anyone, that JT is dead.
And maybe Rey will figure out how he got that way. Nate (Brooks Darnell) better hurry over. He’s going to need a lot more than breathing exercises to calm Victoria down this time.
