The Young and the Restless spoilers raw breakdown for Tuesday, January 8 reveal a day of dreams, aspirations –and utter nightmares.
The young adults of Genoa City are ready to kick-start their careers and somehow everything hinges on a still angry and bitter Devon (Bryton James).
Ana (Loren Lott) listens to the track Fen (Zack Tinker) recorded and thought it was too generic. She blames the production and puts her own spin on it. However, Devon is less than thrilled to learn his sister interfered and changed his work.
His anger got the best of him and he scolded his sister, telling her to stay out of his business in more ways than one.
Speaking of Devon’s businesses, his new venture with Lola (Sasha Calle) has her a nervous wreck.

She’s supposed to prepare a sample menu with food for Devon and Abby (Melissa Ordway) for the next day, so she has Kyle (Michael Mealor), Rey (Jordi Vilasuso), and Mia (Noemi Gonzalez) over to give her some food reviews.
When Rey immediately doesn’t sing her praises, Lola freaks, decides she can’t do this, and wants to quit. She needs a pep talk from everyone around her not to give up and finally serves them some food.
By then, Kyle, Mia, and Rey won’t dare say anything negative and tell Lola how amazing the food is. This gives her the confidence she needs, and Mia makes sure she and Rey sneak out to give Lola and Kyle some time alone.
