Kyle weaves a convincing tale and throws Abby (Melissa Ordway-Gaston) off her game. He asks about Dina’s videos, and Abby updates him on the progress.
Elsewhere, Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) puts Arturo on the spot: when she invited him over last night, where was he? Arturo gives Nikki a satisfactory answer, and she invites him to her room for a playdate.
Back at the Ranch, Reed and Victor (Eric Braeden) make a deal. They’ll play a game of chess. Based on how the game goes, Reed can ask him questions or whatnot.

Back at the hotel, Nikki and Arturo descend the stairs. They bask in the afterglow of a midmorning playdate and discuss their next meeting. Eventually, Nikki leaves and her lover returns to the suite to shower.
In the meantime, Victoria continues to unravel. She spills everything to the therapist, short of confessing the murder itself.
