Prepared for the confrontation, JT claims it was her fault because she came at him. He was only trying to calm her down, but Vicky finally stands up to him.
She tells the truth: He has been mentally, emotionally, and now physically abusive. Before she can go further, Reed comes through the door. The awkward silence between his parents has Reed concerned, but his more significant concern is being able to stay over at a friend’s house.
Back at the Ranch, Victor pulls Nikki aside and chastises her for entering a partnership with Jack. Not only is he upset she is forming an organization with Jack, but he had asked her prior that he’d help her, and she refused.
Nikki does damage control and adds him to the board. Everyone is surprised by the news but continues the planning for the nonprofit.
shortly after, Nikki also introduces everyone to the person who will head the construction of the projects., Arturo.
Nick takes Nikki aside and warns her about having Arturo around Victor.
Back at the Abbott house, Abby settles down to record more of Dina’s memories about Ashely (with Ashley right there).

She recalls a beautiful memory about Ashley and Jack. It touches Ashley to tears. Sadly, Dina still does not know who Ashley is and rips her for interrupting and crying during the session.
Back at Vicky’s house, a dejected Victoria complies will all of Reeds requests sending a happy Reed packing his bag. JT knows he is a winner and dives in for the kill.
After the meeting, Sharon and Nick return home. He comes upon her looking at rentals and thinks it’s for Mariah, but Sharon tells Nick it’s for him.
Nick is shocked! Sharon takes that opportunity to explain to Nick their situation is complicated, but Nick pushes her concerns aside.
After Reed leaves, JT grovels some more at Vicky’s feet. Vicky doesn’t seem convinced at his sincerity, so JT pulls out his worse manipulation: he asks Vicky to marry him. She accepts!
Back at the Ranch, Victor goes for the kill and clashes with Jack about his underhanded plots against Ashley and Vicky! It nearly comes to blows if Nikki’s lover didn’t hold Jack back!
