The Young and the Restless spoilers for Monday, February 18 reveal a day of suspicions and suspense in Genoa City as multiple women find themselves in danger. Kyle discovers Lola in the Abbott pool, while Nikki, Victoria, Sharon, and Phyllis face murder charges.
Lola (Sasha Calle) while wearing Abby’s (Melissa Ordway) coat, (let’s not forget that key detail the show really wants us to remember) was shoved from behind. Then, she hit her head, falling into the Abbott’s (filled-and-outdoor-in-Wisconsin-in-February) pool.
Kyle (Michael Mealor) arrives home in time to save his lady love, but will he be too late? Will the kiss of true love awaken a frozen Lola, just like in a certain movie blockbuster, or will Kyle need to let Lola go?
And will he point his fingers in the wrong direction when looking for her attacker? After all, there’s only one person who he knows of who has a beef with Lola…
Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) is already sitting in prison, and now that Sharon (Sharon Case) has told Rey (Jordi Vilasuso) everything, Victoria (Amelia Heinle), Sharon, and Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) have been placed under arrest, too.
So, who is familiar with The Prisoner’s Dilemma? It’s when suspects are separated and urged to turn on the others… before the others turn on them.
Sharon has made a full confession, but no court would take it seriously. No lawyer, no Miranda rights, and oh, yeah, the arresting officer just told her he loves her.
Not what you call a by-the-book arrest, but this is a soap and what law enforcement really goes by the book on daytime?
