Reed practically has to beg for more people to come through. His memories are of a great dad who stood by his side and not of the monster everyone portrays him to be.
His tears affect Mac (Kelly Kruger) deeply and she thanks him for giving her memories to share with her own children.
Reed then pleads with his grandma to speak, and Nikki breaks into a million pieces. All she can do is apologize as her tears flow harder than ever before.
