The Young and the Restless spoilers for Monday, October 1 reveal an unlikely partnership for Nikki and Abby, Ashley making a definitive decision, and Lily making a confession.

One For All and All For One
Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) and Abby (Melissa Ordway) have plenty of reasons to distrust each other.

Abby has never felt as valued as the other Newman children, Nikki’s Victoria (Amelia Heinle) and Nick (Joshua Morrow). She doesn’t even have a cute, redundant name, like the rest of them. (The less said about Adam, the better.)

And for Nikki’s part, not only is Abby the result of Ashley (Eileen Davidson) stealing Victor’s sperm, but she’s the daughter of the only woman Victor (Eric Braeden) ever came close to loving – and breaking up and getting back together with over and over again – just like Nikki.

And then there’s the ickiness of Abby’s current boyfriend, Arturo (Jason Canela), having served some time as Nikki’s boy-toy. Victor isn’t too thrilled about that, either.

Still, in the end, they’re both Newmans, and they agree that the good of the family comes first. Which is why, when any Newmans are under attack, it’s time to circle the wagons – and form a united front!

Enough Is Enough
When Kyle (Michael Mealor) presented Ashley with evidence that Billy (Jason Thompson) had been stealing from the company, she refused to jump to conclusions or make any spur-of-the-moment decisions.

Ashley agreed with Traci’s (Beth Maitland) call for an intervention and tried to talk Billy into going to rehab.

But when he refused, Ashley had no choice. It’s time to decide what to do about her wayward little brother – before Jabot is completely ruined.

Phyllis then tells Jack what Billy needs to pay off his debts and Jack is absolutely floored, but will he help?

Doing Time
Sitting in jail has given Lily (Christel Khalil) a lot of time to soul-search. And now, she’s come to a decision…
