The Young and the Restless spoilers reveal the battle for Christian taking a turn straight out of left-field. This is a doozy even Adam’s high priced lawyer did not see coming. Christian is not going home but not for the reason you think.
Judge Sanchez (Joseph C. Phillips) is set to knock Adam (Mark Grossman) off his high horse. In a shocking twist, he knocks Nick (Joshua Morrow) off his too.
He makes the bombshell decision neither man is fit to raise Christian! That’s right, neither Newman is getting custody.
So, what now? Well, the Judge thinks it’s best if Christian goes home with someone else. Who? You ask. That has not been decided quite yet.

Foster care is an option. Christan is ordered into care for 30 days while these men try to get their acts together. But, the judge offers up a solution — they need to find someone to take in the boy.
Nick runs straight to his sister, of course. Vicky (Amelia Heinle) has her scandals and setbacks but she’s a great mom, has a stable home, and the services of a wonderful and brilliant nanny. She has the room, the support, and the money. Plus, she’s a blood relative so you can’t get better than that — at least he hopes.
Adam bangs down Sharon (Sharon Case) door. Christian knows her and loves her. Heck, she was his mom once upon a time and almost his stepmom not too long ago. Of course, she was also the reason Nick lost custody the last time.
