She didn’t tell him about Scott…who slept with Abby while living with Sharon (Sharon Case). She didn’t tell him about the husband with the psycho kid, or how said husband also had feelings for Abby’s mother, Ashley (Eileen Davidson).
The point is, Abby has been through some rough stuff, and if she says she isn’t up to dating, then she isn’t up to dating.
Nonetheless, Nate goes for the big gesture to win her over. At least Nate seems to have a focus outside Devon and the hospital now, so this is good.
