The Young and the Restless spoilers for Monday, September 17 reveal a clash of the titans between Billy and Ashley, as he presses his luck and she meets with a mystery man.
I’ve Got This Under Control
Like Parker Lewis in the late 1980s, Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) is convinced he can’t lose. It doesn’t matter that he’s already lost Jaboat.
It doesn’t matter that he’s lost plenty of times before, most recently betting $500 on a horse, and who knows how much on those texts he was getting on Friday.
What matters is that Billy knows he’s due for a win. Would he be selling stock if he wasn’t confident?

And of course, Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) totally believes in him. Which is why he’s so comfortable betting more and more money on this totally sure thing.
