The Young and the Restless (YR) spoilers reveal a generous Jack (Peter Bergman) is swooping in to save Hilary’s (Mishael Morgan) show from certain death. However, his help comes with a very hefty price tag.
After a disastrous public relations stunt by Jordan, The Hilary Hour is down in the dumps. Companies have abandoned their partnerships with the show, distancing themselves as far away from Hilary as possible.
With no one to turn to, Hilary goes to her longtime friend for help. She visits Jack and presents him with a proposal: Jabot sponsors her show and, in return, the show promotes the company’s cosmetics.
Knowing Jack isn’t the kind of businessman to beat around the bush, Hilary does her best to make the deal as straightforward as possible. Surprisingly, the Jabot powerhouse takes her proposal in stride.
Jack isn’t bothered by his friend’s request. As a matter of fact, he has some ideas himself on how the partnership would work.
Thinking that was all it took to get Jack into a collaboration with her, Hilary is thrilled, relieved, and excited to start a new venture with him.

However, that joy quickly turns to dread when Jack comes back to her with a list of demands. She needs to make some drastic changes to the format of the show and the placement of the cosmetics!
Hilary is horrified and tries to counter Jack’s demands. And that’s when Jack shows his true colors. If she doesn’t agree to his terms, there will be no partnership.
Friend or not, business comes first — and Jack makes sure to let Hilary know it. Trapped between a rock and a hard place, the troublemaker folds.
