Neil and Victoria (Amelia Heinle) were in a serious relationship. He supported her when she was separated from husband Cole and through the death of her baby girl, Eve. They remained on good terms.
Neil’s last relationship was with Ashley (Eileen Davidson). They really seemed to be on their way to someplace great when she decided to move to Paris. They promised to keep in touch. Did they?

And then there’s Victor (Eric Braeden). He was Neil’s mentor and friend… though he had a tendency to cut Neil out of his life whenever Neil sided with anyone but Victor.
