The Young and the Restless spoilers for Friday, August 29, 2019, reveal another odd twist in Billy’s startling storyline. Adam’s safe, Chloe is just fine, but Billy’s accident has him all mangled up.
Don’t worry, though, nurses Chloe and Kevin are on the case. (Ok, maybe we should worry.) Oh, and you will not believe where they have him stashed!
Tring to kill Adam (Mark Grossman) backfired in a big way when Billy (Jason Thompson) hurt himself trying to avoid murdering Chloe.
Talk about a twist! Billy’s leg may be broken but his mind is obviously very messed up. He’s not the type of guy to kill someone. (Let’s face it, that’s Chloe’s MO).

So, why not call 9-1-1. Simple, no one wants to see Billy in jail. They can’t take him to the hospital or he’ll get caught (if Adam’s gone to the police). Best to keep him safe in the same boathouse Hilary (Mishael Morgan) was nursed back to health in by Neil, and pray he’ll be whole again one day.
Chloe and Kevin (Greg Rikaart) take a second page out of Neil’s (Kristoff St. John) book and are keeping Billy doped up. He can’t get better if he’s awake and in pain, right?
What comes next, though? Chloe thinks she can make Billy all better. She got over her urge to get rid of Adam and she thinks she can help Billy get over it too. They’re kindred spirits who suffered the same loss. Chloe knows exactly what Billy’s going through.
