Jack (Peter Bergman) is crushed that not only did Ashley (Eileen Davidson) turn down his invitation to Thanksgiving dinner, she responded with a press release about her new company, which she intends to crush Jabot with.
Kerry (Alice Hunter) promises Jack that before Ashley can get her operation up and running, Jabot will already be in the marketplace with new and improved lines.
Jack, who, technically, doesn’t even work at Jabot anymore (though he presumably has stock to go along with his seat on the board), is grateful for the professional support… and the personal.
