The Young and the Restless spoilers reveal Phyllis thought she was powerful enough to huff and puff and blow Adam’s house down but her plan did not work. As it turns out, he (like always) is one step ahead!
Phyllis (Michelle Stafford) spends her morning playing Real Estate Santa and hands out deeds to her favorite peeps.
Jack (Peter Bergman) gets all the Jaboutique buildings, Victoria (Amelia Heinle) gets some prime Genoa City property, and Nick (Joshua Morrow) gets back almost everything he lost.
However, all these tidings and good cheer come crashing down when Red goes back to the office. Adam (Mark Grossman) is waiting and it’s high time they have a little talk.

Adam calls out his CEO on all those huge financial discrepancies. Oh sure, he is not exactly a hands-on boss but he’s not blind either.
It’s hard to hide massive assets coming in and out of the company, especially when so many are sold at once. Did she really think he wouldn’t be alerted?
Of course, she knows. In fact, Red counts on Adam finding out. It’s all part of her plan. Her dirty, sneaky scheme to take him down. Adam can have the Dark Horse name and the money from the property sales but what’s a real estate firm without any real estate.
