The Young and the Restless spoilers (YR) for Friday, December 8 are consumed by Scott and Abby going on at great length about how much they are not interested in each other. Also, Nick accuses Victoria of the worst thing he can possibly imagine.
I Know You Are, But What Am I?
Brothers and sisters squabble, that’s to be expected. Victoria (Amelia Heinle) and Nick (Joshua Morrow) have certainly done their share. But it’s particularly bad these days, with them having chosen opposite sides of the endless Newman battle.
Victoria thinks Daddy is the greatest and she is so happy to be his favorite daughter again (for however long that might last). Nick thinks Daddy is the worst and has severed all ties with him, including not wanting his son to attend Victor’s (Eric Braeden) holiday soiree.
So when Nick gets mad at Vicky, he accuses her of being the worst thing ever: Exactly like their father.
Nick Knot
A day ago, Scott (Daniel Hall) was waxing poetic to Abby (Melissa Ordway) about his desire to make a commitment to Sharon, despite feeling sexually attracted to Abby.

But all it takes is Sharon (Sharon Case) comparing Scott to Nick — unfavorably — and Scott throws a hissy fit, reminding Sharon of what a great hero — what a great man! — he is, and if she prefers her ex, then she’s welcome to him. Scott doesn’t have to stand for this!
Moving On
Scott stomps off, possibly to find Abby, possibly to just read the glowing comments section of his last article, maybe even to get Lauren (Tracey Bergman) to remind him of what a catch he is, and how he can do so much better than that needy, greedy Sharon.
But if he is looking for Abby, she’s busy telling Ashley (Eileen Davidson) how Abby never wants to see Scott again. Let’s see how long that lasts….
