Over at Crimson Lights, Nick (Joshua Morrow) drops his potential partnership with Lauren (Tracey Bregman) like a hot potato.
Lauren is crushed by the rejection and begins to panic about her company’s future. She feels trouble brewing at Jabot and boy, is she right!
Lauren and Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) hit up the club for a talk with Ashley (Eileen Davidson) and Kyle (Michael Mealor). The foursome has a lot to discuss, including how they’re going to deal with Billy (Jason Thompson). His gambling is getting worse, his spending is out of control, and his secret meetings are a red flag for them all.
Billy’s Project Revealed!
Billy interrupts this little chat with a text beckoning them to come to the office (prompted by Summer, who tipped him off).

Once there, they get shocking info on Billy’s new and elaborate plan. He’s in the process of setting Jabot up with their own boutiques and is ready to roll out this project in time for holiday shopping.
While the business behind it sounds good (oh, and that feasibility study was to ensure Jabot won’t step on Fenmore’s toes), it seems not too many are on board. It’s a massive undertaking, and if it fails, there will be devastating consequences for everyone.
A Father/Son Feud!
Back at the club, Nick and Victor (Eric Braeden) have a run-in of their own. The explosive confrontation comes to a disturbing end when Victor warns Nick he has dirt on him and is willing to use it at any moment if he crosses him again!
