What to Watch Next Week
Kyle (Michael Mealor) and Victoria (Amelia Heinle) have been talking a lot, even though their families have been at odds. They have been the ones attempting to prevent their respective families from falling apart. And in the process, the two have developed a respect for each other.
Now comes a teaser suggesting Kyle sees Victoria in a whole new light. If this is about them turning to each other for comfort and more, then there will be many problems in their future. This has the potential to be a very messy pairing, considering Kyle was recently in love with Victoria’s daughter, Claire (Hayley Erin).
Also, we have to remember (it’s hard to forget) that Victor (Eric Braeden, who’s nominated for a 2026 Daytime Emmy) despises Kyle and his family. Victor didn’t want Kyle anywhere near Claire. That would go double for Victoria. The Abbotts and Newmans are finally at a point where they’ve gone to their respective corners. They are focusing on themselves, and that’s the way it needs to stay.
However, Kyle getting involved with Victoria could also serve as a way for him to get back at Victor, something he’s vowed to do. In other Genoa City news, it’s going to be a big, albeit rough week for Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow), who will be facing his demons and dealing with his addiction as he hits rock bottom. His family will try to support him through this terrifying time.
Finally, Lily (Christel Khalil) counsels Nate (Sean Dominic) about returning to medicine. Billy (Jason Thompson) comes between Lily and Cane (Billy Flynn, who admits what worries him most about playing his character). And he shares a secret with Jack (Peter Bergman) and Kyle. That Billy sure gets around.
