The Young and the Restless spoilers update for March 15 – 19, 2021 reveal a world turned upside down, schemes, and an ambush.
Rey (Jordi Vilasuso) has been fighting to keep his marriage alive. Even convincing Sharon (Sharon Case) to go to marriage counseling with him. But this week, Rey’s world will be turned upside down. Is this foreshadowing the end of Rey and Sharon’s marriage? Or could this have to do with Rey’s health after he collapsed?
One thing that might be ending soon is Adam (Mark Grossman). Chloe (Elizabeth Hendrickson) and Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) get together and continue scheming against him.
Sally (Courtney Hope) isn’t out of hot water just yet. This time it is Phyllis (Michelle Stafford) who corners her. What will the fiery redhead have to say to Sally this time?

Ashland (Richard Burgi) and Tara (Elizabeth Leiner) Locke arrived in Genoa City. Tara had a few awkward run-ins with Kyle (Michael Mealor), one of which resulted in her telling him off. She demanded he stay out of her way, or else. All the while, Ashland met with the town’s power players who all bid on his company.
Devon (Bryton James) and Abby (Melissa Ordway) headed to the doctor to have their samples retrieved. Abby celebrated with Mariah (Camryn Grimes) and Devon had a party of his own with Elena (Brytni Sarpy). The exes admitted they weren’t over each other but they also don’t have a future.
Sharon and Rey began couples counseling. It went poorly, but not as badly as the aftermath. Rey took ill. He quickly became so sickly he collapsed.
