The Young and the Restless spoilers (YR) reveal Victor’s illness could be worse than anyone could ever imagined! In fact, he’s even choosing to go a private doctor route to keep his medical intel under wraps!
Is Victor Falling Apart?
Things aren’t looking good for Victor. His company is under attack, his health records were leaked to the press, and he’s fighting an uphill battle to keep custody of his grandson.
But, as bad as things look from the outside, they are way worse than anyone thought. In fact, Victor’s health is so bad he’s hired himself a private doctor!

Spoilers reveal Dr. Nate Hastings (Brooks Darnell) arriving in town after taking a sabbatical to help Victor out – at Neil’s urging.
Victor clearly needs a specialist and he’s the best in his field. Not only does he have the skills but he’s willing to stay hush hush and meet on the down-low at Neil’s apartment.

While no one knows exactly what’s wrong with Victor, it doesn’t look good. He’s a secretive man to begin with but hiring his own medical staff goes beyond his normal schemes.
Obviously his health is so dire he just can’t risk someone finding out and spilling it all to the press!
Can Nate Handle The Pressure?
Of course, there’s always the possibility Nate won’t be able to keep Victor’s bombshell secret. Nate’s not new to how things work in Genoa City but scheming at this level could be out of his scope.
He’s a doctor and not a high-powered, scandal-ridden business man, after all. He may be trained to keep mum but one slip of the tongue or folder left out where it shouldn’t be could spell disaster.
