The Young and the Restless spoilers (YR) reveal Cane doing whatever it takes to protect Lily – even if it means threatening a teenager!
Living A Lie
Lily (Christel Khalil) still doesn’t know what really caused the accident, as nobody wants to tell her she ran that red light and Cane’s determined to make sure no one ever will.
His wife’s guilt is already overwhelming, so he can’t imagine what would happen if she’s also sent to prison. Unfortunately, covering up this crime won’t be easy.
Biding Time
Cane (Daniel Goddard) may have succeeded in keeping his own son quiet, but what about Hilary’s teen roommate? Shauna (Camryn Hamm) loved Hilary like family and she knows exactly what happened. She saw it all go down.
Well, when Cane realizes Shauna knows he jumps into action. He’s not letting Lily go down on the word of a wayward teen.
This girl already seduced his son (as far as he’s concerned) and she’s not going to ruin his wife’s life too. So, Cane gets Shauna alone and lays down the law.

The Truth Will Come Out…One Day…
Cane may think he has the situation under control, but what if he made a huge mistake? Shauna’s kept her mouth shut so far for Charlie’s (Noah Alexander Gerry) sake, but seeing Cane acting so cold may push her over the edge. Like Hilary, Shauna doesn’t like being pushed around.
Also, what about the truck driver, the witnesses, and possible video footage out there…There could be some footage floating around? While there hasn’t been any mention of any of this yet, there will be in the coming days.
An accident that killed a mother and her unborn baby is sure to have the police working overtime to get to the bottom of exactly what happened.
