The Young and the Restless spoilers for Monday, September 23, 2019, reveal Devon’s topsy turvy life not going to settling down anytime soon. The appearance of his late wife’s lookalike has his world spiraling out of control.
A Haunting Reminder
Seeing Amanda parade around with Hilary’s face and body is throwing Devon (Bryton James) out of wack, as does the reason she’s in town. How dare Chance try to steal his fortune! And, how dare he send this Hil doppelganger to do his dirty work. Nothing about this seems right.
Jill Hears All
Devon and Jill (Jess Walton) meet up at The Grand Phoenix to sort through the mess. Has she talked to Chance? No, of course not. Why would he answer the phone to his Nana during this wild time? That’s okay, Devon can’t get ahold of Tucker either. What is he going to do?
Just wait until Jill finds out about Ms. Sinclair. The whole twinning status seems unbelievable but Devon is adamant. Amanda (Mishael Morgan) looks just like his wife and this can not be a coincidence. Someone is really trying to mess with him. But why? Jill’s radar is up and she agrees to help him get to the bottom of things.
Pushing Back
It should come as no surprise Amanda surfaces as soon as Jill leaves the room. She warns him she means business and will stop at nothing to get her client his due. It’s a clever scare tactic.

Well, it would be if Devon was a pushover, which he’s not. He throws shade right back and makes it abundantly clear he will not negotiate. Not now, not ever.
Will Devon eventually regret not playing nice? If Chance’s claims are true, Devon’s massive fortune is up for grabs. Amanda is not going anywhere anytime soon. She has every intent on sticking this out and making Devon pay up.
There’s just one little hitch in Amanda’s plan. She has no proof, her client is not answering his phone, and she’s starting to panic. Going up against Devon definitely isn’t the cut and dry case she thought it was going to be.
In fact, any scheme she has running is no match for Devon. The Young and the Restless (YR) airs weekdays on CBS. Check your local listings for airtimes.
