The Young and the Restless spoilers for Friday, August 14, 2020 tease Eileen Davidson’s return as Ashley and Jack try to figure out what Dina is hiding now. Also, Nikki plays peacemaker – badly – while Devon and Amanda share a moment of connection.

Doesn’t it seem like every time Dina (Marla Adams) returns to Genoa City, she’s got a new bombshell to drop? First, it was that Ashley wasn’t John’s child. Then it was that she and Ashley were sleeping with the same guy. Most recently, it was that Dina had a child with Stuart Brooks (you saw him on the first episode of YR during the reruns; he had four daughters and, later, an illegitimate son. The guy got around.)
Now, Dina is clearly upset about something, and will only utter one word, “Bixley.” Jack (Peter Bergman) and Ashley are on the case! What skeleton is the Abbotts hiding now?
Chill, Everyone
Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) is fed up with the ongoing fighting in her family. Victor (Eric Braeden) versus Adam (Mark Grossman), Victor versus Victoria (Amelia Heinle), Victor versus Nicholas (Joshua Morrow), Victoria versus Adam, Nick versus Adam… Nikki would like to bring some peace to the household. What a shame nobody is appreciative.

Devon and Amanda: Strangers In the Night
Devon (Bryton James) very magnanimously forgave Amanda (Mishael Morgan) for having Hilary’s face. (Frankly, he was more upset about that than what role she may have played in stealing Kay’s money for him.)
It helped that she had a stalker. Devon likes women better when they’re cowering than when they’re confident. Now that he has given her permission to remain in Genoa City, Devon and Amanda have a conversation about Hilary. Who, as we all know, was the greatest human who ever lived.
Since Devon made up this personality for Hilary after she died, will he just transfer it to the woman who looks like her? The Young and the Restless (YR) airs weekdays on CBS. Check your local listings for airtimes.
