Great minds think alike, and today those minds belong to Kyle (Michael Mealor) and Summer (Hunter King). They meet in the park, each with a ring, and propose to each other. How sweet, right? It is. At least for them.
No More Love For Lola
Lola (Sasha Calle) does not find it romantic, however. She makes the mistake of trying to walk in the park and comes across the icky scene. Hey, at least she has Theo (Tyler Johnson). Nope. Think again.
Instead of taking solace in her boyfriend’s arms, Lola dumps him. Why be miserable together when she can be miserable alone?
Father Figures
Nick (Joshua Morro) and Jack (Peter Bergman) are on the fence about this romance. Their kids have put each other through the wringer. Can they really make it work? Jack says yes, but Nick is not so sure.

This Is Hilary
Devon (Bryton James) gives into Amanda (Mishael Morgan) and calls her over to the condo. He gifts her some precious knowledge about Hilary and gives her a few mementos, including a letter to Santa, and Hilary’s birth certificate. How kind.
While all that is great, Devon also breaks the news about her parents. Her mother is dead and her father was never around. He went to jail and never came back. How sad.
Overbearing Jealousy
Imagine Elena’s (Brytni Sarpy) dismay when she arrives home to see Amanda in her house, again. How dare Devon be nice to Hilary’s twin! The shame!
Cancer, Part Two
Sharon (Sharon Case) is not having a very good day at all. She’s preparing for the next leg of her cancer journey. She has a rough road ahead and the stress is getting to her. So much so she even snaps at Mariah (Camryn Grimes).
Thankfully, Sharon quickly sees the error of her ways. And, not just about that spat. She does her apology tour by starting with Rey (Jordi Vilasuso) and ending with apologizing to her daughter. Will they forgive her, though? The Young and the Restless (YR) airs weekdays on CBS. Check your local listings for airtimes.
