The Young and the Restless spoilers for Monday, August 3, 2020, reveal a look back on the city’s first centerfold scandal. Long before Abby was the naked heiress, years ahead of Victoria baring all, it was Paul who had jaws dropping.

The Young and the Restless Spoilers Highlights

Paul’s (Doug Davidson) spread in Contemporary Women has some sweating, others swooning, and many wondering how this even happened. Sounds bad, right? It gets worse. Paul has no idea he’s a hot topic.

Someone needs to tell the PI his privates are on display. Of course, that someone is not going to be his wife. Oh sure, this is all Lauren’s (Tracy Bregman) fault but why step up when she can pass the buck to Andy and Amy?

Does this story need more drama? Sure it does. Let’s add Paul’s unsuspecting parents getting blindsided by the spread. Poor Mary (Carolyn Conwell) nearly dies of embarrassment and Carl (Brett Hadley) loses it out. Paul was just appointed to the anti-porn commission and this could ruin his whole future.

Breaking Up Is Hard To Do

Meanwhile, Victor (Eric Braeden) and Matt catch up. The brothers don’t have the easiest relationship and it shows. There is a strain in their conversation as Matt confronts him about leaving Ashley (Eileen Davidson). Victor may be with Nikki now, but everyone knows his heart belongs to Ash. At least then. Maybe.

As for Ashley, the breakup has her struggling as well. So much so Julia drops by to lend her friend a listening ear and a strong shoulder. Ashley tries to act tough but Julia knows this pain all too well. Being Victor’s ex is never easy.

Jack Rises Again

Gina (Patty Weaver) came home just in time to catch Jack (Terry Lester) packing. He had to go home and claim his place in the family and company. He can’t have former pool boy Brad taking over. Nope. He’s going back with a vengeance. The Young and the Restless (YR) airs weekdays on CBS. Check your local listings for airtimes.
