YR Teaser Preview
The Young and the Restless spoilers preview for May 4-8, 2020, are here. Find out what Genoa City players are up to this coming week!
Perhaps one of the most popular couples in YR history (and even soap opera history), Victor (Eric Braeden) and Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) represent the perfect Pygmalion story, but let’s not forget Victor also is a self-made man who then made Nikki into his fair lady.
On Monday, their romance starts during Nikki’s first trip to the ranch where Victor posed as the butler to see if she’d want him even if he wasn’t rich. We also get more than one Victor and Nikki wedding, as well as Nikki fighting Ashley (Eileen Davidson) for Victor, as she did for years.
We also get Nikki’s moment at The Colonade Room where she returns to her stripper roots. See it all for yourself in The Young and the Restless spoilers preview tweet below.

The Young and the Restless History
YR made its debut in 1973 and introduced more sexual undertones and younger characters to daytime soap operas. It has outlasted other soaps to become a mainstay for many households. Needless to say, four decades of storylines have kept viewers locked in and wanting more.
From Victor Newman’s (Eric Braeden) family machinations to Paul Williams’ (Doug Davidson) heroism to the adorable love story of Kyle (Michael Mealor) and Lola (Sasha Calle), YR knows how to entertain and keep fans coming back for more. Sadly, times are shifting and daytime soap operas are shrinking.
Bringing the Drama
It is one of only four remaining soap operas currently on the air. The other three daytime dramas include General Hospital (GH), Days of our Lives (DAYS), and The Bold and the Beautiful (BB). YR airs weekdays on CBS. Check your local listings for air times.
