Could the child be Chance’s daughter? It seems unlikely since the Ranch was the drop site. But, of course, she may only know Adam by Spider and who knows what kind of intel she got on Chance. If all she knew was they came from GC elite than this is definitely the family to hit up. The Newmans know everyone!
