Running a hotel is not for the faint of heart, especially a seemingly cursed property like the Grand Phoenix. The drugging, the hostage-taking, and now three robberies have everyone on high alert. It’s a wonder anyone wants to check in at all.
You’re Fired!
Phyllis (Michelle Stafford) takes the brunt of the hits being the head of security and all. Her system may have saved everyone from a shooter but it’s failing miserably at catching a crook.
How is it the system goes down every time something is stolen from a room? Enough is enough, though and Abby (Melissa Ordway) fires Red on the spot. If she can’t keep anyone safe there’s no point in her being there.

An Inside Job
But wait, how will they solve the case without a security manager? That’s where Chance (Donny Boaz) comes in. Abby opens up to her new crush and asks for his help, advice, guidance, anything he can give! He does have access to the best of the best equipment so why not?
The first thing Chance does is share his startling suspicions. Nothing about this is adding up and he’s sure this is an inside job. Someone not only knows about the system but knows how to use it and has first-hand knowledge of the setup.
OMG, It’s YOU!
So, who is it? Abby’s quick to point the finger at Phyllis but Chance isn’t so sure. And, he’s right. It’s not Red. Phyllis is a lot of things but a jewel thief isn’t one of them. Is it Kevin? What about Chloe? Could it be Chelsea? No, it’s none of them either.
