The Young and the Restless spoilers for Tuesday, January 19, 2021 tease viewers with a promise of Nikki talking to Faith about excessive drinking, Nate warning Lily about Billy, and Elena believing she has a right to ask Devon questions about Amanda.

Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) is an addict. She’s had a problem with pills and with alcohol. Sharon (Sharon Case) and Nick (Joshua Morrow) are worried that Faith (Alyvia Alyn Lind) is heading down Grandma’s path. So Sharon asks Nikki to speak with Faith.
Faith denies that she has a problem. Probably because she’s only drunk twice, both times at somebody else’s urging, and has yet to show any signs of it becoming a habit, or her even liking it much.

But Nikki figures any chance she has to demonstrate how she’s a better mom than Sharon, she’s happy to take it. But if Faith won’t listen to her own recovering grandmother, what chance does the shrink Sharon and Nick also want to send her to have?

You would think that Devon (Bryton James) breaking up with Elena (Brytni Sarpy) would be his subtle way of saying that she really has no more standing to ask him anything about anything. Elena obviously doesn’t see it that way. She wants to know what’s going on with Devon and Amanda (Mishael Morgan), and she thinks Devon is the one who should tell her all about it.
Another Nation Heard From
Nate (Sean Dominic) never liked Billy – his peculiar relationship with Amanda likely didn’t help. Now Nate isn’t with Amanda anymore, and she’s not with Billy. But Nate believes that still gives him standing to warn Lily away from her new main squeeze. Considering that Nate just broke up her brother’s relationship with Elena, is Lily really going to listen to Nate as the voice of morality? The Young and the Restless (YR) airs weekdays on CBS.
