It’s the night of the Newman gala and the who’s who of the town gather at the Top of the Tower (welcome back TotT, we’ve missed you). It’s a night of glitz, glam, and Sharon getting sick in the bathroom.
Poor Sharon (Sharon Case) is finally feeling the effects of the chemo and it’s not good. One minute she’s totally fine and the next she’s struggling to hold it together. Regardless, she still shows up to the gala. There is no way she is missing the party.
A Hilarious Twist
Unfortunately, heading out for a night on the town turns out to be a bit of a mistake. Sharon wants to keep her illness a secret but how can she do that when nausea hits her and she heads to the ladies room right before Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) shows up.

Thankfully, Nikki has a whole different idea of what could be wrong with Sharon. Her first thought isn’t anything like cancer, her thought is Sharon is PREGNANT!
The whole scene gives Sharon a reason to laugh out loud and cover up the truth. No, not a baby, she says. Sharon claims it was the from the shrimp not sitting well with her. But, is that cover up convincing? Nikki just took it as an insult for her choice of caterers.
