The Young and the Restless spoilers for Wednesday, May 6, 2020, take us to June 2, 1990, for the beginnings of who will turn out to be YR’s – and The Bold and the Beautiful’s – most notorious villain, the middle of Nikki’s ongoing back and forth with Victor, and Drucilla acting up.
The Young and the Restless Spoilers Highlights
Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) spent most of the 90s bouncing between Jack (Peter Bergman) and Victor (Eric Braeden). Tomorrow, it’s Jack’s turn to be the favorite. And for most of Genoa City to see a side of her that previously was only limited to them. (And some other guys.)
Yup, that’s right, Nikki is stripping again… but this time, in a much more upscale venue. It’s an iconic Colonnade Room moment you need to see again.
Sheila Shell Game
Lauren (Tracey Bregman) was married to an upstanding doctor named Scott, played by that guy who used to have The Powers Of Matthew Starr (Peter Barton). But a devious nurse named Sheila (Kimberlin Brown) set her cap for Scott. And she wasn’t happy with just a little flirting, maybe accidentally losing her clothes in his presence. Nah. Sheila faked a pregnancy.

Lauren got pregnant at the same time but stubbornly didn’t tell Scott when he left her for Sheila. Sheila then switched a baby she casually bought on the black market – ’cause you can do that on soaps – with Lauren’s baby.
After much angst, that baby grew up to be Scott, the son of Lauren’s who periodically pops back into Genoa City, fails to get audiences excited, and disappears again. Not to be confused with Lauren’s other son, Fen, who does the same thing.
But all that is to come. Sit back and watch the story at its very beginning… while knowing what’s coming up in the future.
Thieves at Heart
Dru (Victoria Rowell) commits minor crimes. Nate helps her out. This is before they switch partners and dance, and he ends up with her sister, Olivia, while Dru gets Neil. The Young and the Restless (YR) airs weekdays on CBS. Check your local listings for airtimes.
