Soaps are full of people constantly getting new faces. Sometimes we’re supposed to not notice, other times we’re told a plastic surgeon so skilled did it, that he managed to change a character’s eye color and height, as well!
But when Kay (Jeanne Cooper) decided she wanted to look younger, it was neither of those things. Cooper went ahead and got a real-life facelift, while YR’s cameras went into the operating room to document the process. Now her bandages are finally coming off. And Kay and the viewers see the results for the first time – together.

They were an idyllic, happy family with tiny, blonde Victoria. But soon the cracks begin to show… and now, they’ve got problems.
