Victor (Eric Braeden) had pictures of Billy (Jason Thompson) and Amanda (Mishael Morgan) having an affair. He used them as evidence to convince Victoria (Amelia Heinle) that she and Billy were over for good.
Of course, what Victor really had were pictures of Billy and Amanda entering a hotel. That’s all they did. They went to a hotel to have a drink, a bite to eat, to talk.

But now that Billy has already done the time, he might as well do the crime, right? Amanda told him she wanted to take things slow, and Billy assured that while she made him happy and he was interested, he was perfectly content to just support her through her processing what happened with Ripley.
