Of course, this may not be about a person. A lot of changes are hitting up Genao City as things reset to former glory.
How much will all these changes affect Billy? He’s finally back with Victoria, raising his children, and is second in command at Jabot.

He’s living the high life and definitely does not want to mess that up. Billy has a way of getting caught up in the drama and once he gets his hands a little bit dirty he cannot stop until his whole life is an absolute disaster.
Plus, the last we saw he had a gun after meeting with Chloe and learning Adam kidnapped her. What might he do with this gun?
