The Young and the Restless spoilers reveal Devon pushing too far with Elena in more than one way — but he’s certainly once again not in his right state of mind.
Devon (Bryton James) devotes his day to Elena (Brytni Sarpy). It is time they really get to know each other and how best to do that than bond over the losses they suffered in the past.
He will talk about Neil, Hilary, and his child. She will touch base about losing her mom but suddenly stop before going into detail.
Why, though? Is there a deep, dark reason Elena does not like speaking about her mother?
Devon will lightly push to see what’s up but ease off when Elena clearly gets uncomfortable. He will have to take what he can get and hope the rest of the pieces slowly come to light one day.

Devon then stretches out on the couch to go over the day and fall asleep into a beautiful dream about Hilary. He pictures her there with him and it feels real. So real, in fact, that when Elena wakes him up he thinks she’s Hilary and pulls her in for a passionate kiss!
At first, Elena responds, but then she realizes something is off. After all, when she wakes Devon it’s because she sees him crying in his sleep.
So, what now? Will Devon put the brakes on everything Elena until he sorts himself out or will he go full force hoping she is the key to his healing?
