The Young and the Restless spoilers (YR) for Friday, July 20th see Nick sliding deeper towards the dark side, Ashley setting up a new partnership, and Devon getting his heart broken.
Nick, I Am Your Father
Unlike Luke Skywalker, Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) always knew that his father was a gravelly-voiced villain with a tendency to make grand pronouncements (and even greater threats).
Still, he gave Victor (Eric Braeden) chance after chance to prove that his devotion to family wasn’t just German-accented lip service.
Victor let Nick down time after time after time.

Well, now Nick has had enough. Unfortunately, he’s come to the conclusion that the only way to beat Victor is to join him.
Not so they can rule the galaxy of Genoa City as father and son, but so that he can toss Victor into a bottomless pit. (Thus end the Star Wars metaphors).
