The Young and the Restless spoilers reveal bad news is coming Adam’s way. All he wants is his old life back but the pieces aren’t quite falling into place. In fact, it looks like the thing he wants most is something he will never have again.
Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) was the love of Adam’s (Mark Grossman) life and she was his. She and Connor are his family and life just does not feel right without them. Unfortunately, it doesn’t look like she wants the same thing.
Spoilers reveal Chelsea refuses to even talk to Adam. She tells Sharon she put the past behind her a long time ago and has a new life now. She and Connor are happy, stable, and have the family life she always wanted.
Teasers reveal Chelsea has an entirely new life. She and Connor are living under new names. She is married to a wonderful man, and Connor was adopted by her new hubby. Chelsea is happy where she is and wants to be left alone.
(This was awfully fast, we must say. Chelsea ran away under auspicious circumstances, dumped Christian on Victoria’s door at the last minute, and just like that found a new man and marriage. Alrighty then.)

Oh and Connor too! Yes, he may be Adam’s son but the little boy already mourned his dad (twice) and has a new one now.
He is stable, secure, and living a nice life. There is no sense in bringing Adam back in. The Newmans are nothing but drama.
Poor Adam will be devastated by the news. The woman he loves just doesn’t love him anymore. It’s a shock to his system and he refuses to believe it’s true.
