The Young and the Restless spoilers tease a day of Villy romance when Billy wears his heart on his sleeve and tries to put his family back together–again.
The Villy saga is a timeless romance full of all the usual sudsy twists and turns. They have survived kidnappings, brutal attacks, makeups, baby shakeups, rebound lovers, and even tawdry affairs.
Through it all, every road led back to each other. They are soulmates, but will they ever really make it work? Billy (Jason Thompson) seems to think so.
He’s throwing caution to the wind and gearing up for a romantic grand gesture sure to sweep Victoria (Amelia Heinle) off her feet. He wants to reclaim their love at any cost and prove he can be the man Victoria needs. The guy his whole little family needs.
Spoilers reveal Billy is set to get down on one knee and ask for Victoria’s hand in marriage (again). His intimate and soul melting speech will be straight out of a rom-com and sure to woe most women who hear it. But, will it be enough for Victoria?

She only agreed to give Billy another chance days ago and it was only with the promise of taking things show.
THIS is not exactly going at a snail’s pace. Vicky wanted candlelight dinners and sweet dates, and here Billy is skipping the courting and getting straight to the endgame.
Will Victoria put on the brakes and set Billy straight or follow his lead? Getting married so soon would be crazy, right?
Well, crazy is one thing this couple does right. Expect Billy to hold his breath as he waits for her answer. It is only one little word but it will hold the power to their entire future.
