As for Sharon, she gets a visit from Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) that changes everything. Nikki knows what it’s like to be sick and all but demands Sharon finally come clean to her loved ones.

Will Sharon follow her advice? She’s not exactly one for listening to Nikki but this is a special case. She really could use all the support she can get right now.
