When Amanda first appeared at Devon’s door looking exactly like Hilary and causing him to nearly pass out, we knew something had to be done with these characters, but they also seemed to go their separate ways.
Amanda had what could have been called a fling with Billy, but now he is being chem-tested with Lily and Devon has been in love with Elena.

Face-Off
But it looks like those days are over. First, Nate bonded with Amanda when she helped him defend his medical license – Victor (Eric Braeden) couldn’t be bothered standing up for the man who put his career on the line for yet another Newman whim.
Then, Nate saw the softer side of the hard-as-nails attorney when she bonded with Jared, the orphan with the cut on his arm and the dead grandad. So, Nate wants Amanda now although he is not admitting it, so where does that leave Devon? We know Phyllis (Michelle Stafford) would like to see an Amanda and Nate pairing.
End Game
Now it’s Devon’s turn to change his mind about Amanda. First, he heard that she’d been stalked. That already made him like her more. And now they find something else to bond over…What could it be? The Young and the Restless (YR) airs weekdays on CBS. Check your local listings for airtimes.
