The Young and the Restless spoilers for Monday, August 26, 2019, reveal Adam has more tricks up his sleeve than anyone could imagine. He gives Nick everything he wants, but it will cost him and the rest of the family.
Adam (Mark Grossman) is about to make a bombshell move that will rock the entire Newman clan. He drops his custody petition for Christian and hands the little boy over the Nick (Joshua Morrow).
Oh yes, he’s taking a step back, doing “what’s right” for Christian and not rocking the boat anymore, at least not where the child is concerned.
Don’t think this comes free, though. Adam is set to make the big announcement at a Newman family meeting (yet another one he’s not invited to). He hands the papers to his brother and then drops his next explosive reveal. He’s turning his full attention to taking down his entire family. (Dun, Dun, Duuuunnn!!!)

Victoria (Amelia Heinle) laughs it off, Victor (Eric Braeden) has himself a good giggle, and even Abby (Melissa Ordway) smirks. Adam may think he’s a tough guy but he cannot possibly take on all of them.
What is he going to do? Sure, he tricked Nick and Victoria into handing over Dark Horse, but that’s not going to happen again.
Will Adam shock them all? He’s a man on a mission and has nothing to lose. He has the money, the means, and the time to create a fool-proof plot to ruin his whole family. Some fans think this is a long time coming. The Newmans have never treated Adam as an equal and it’s high time he shows them exactly what he’s made from!
