The Young and the Restless spoilers for the week of September 23-27 reveal a shocking arrest as Victoria is charged with Victor’s murder. Also, Devon faces uncertainty, and Jack and Traci embark on a new venture!

The Write Stuff

It’s an understatement to say that Jack (Peter Bergman) has been through the wringer in recent times. He went through an identity crisis in which he thought his beloved late father John (Peter Bergman) wasn’t his dad, later finding out that he was.

He’s had to put his mother Dina (Marla Adams) in a facility due to her advanced Alzheimer’s and his longtime nemesis Victor (Eric Braeden) has died. He gets the idea to reach out to Traci (Beth Maitland), an author, to put his feelings on paper. But what will the pair discover as they seek to rediscover their family history?

Arrested Development

Victoria (Amelia Heinle) may regret rushing to Billy’s (Jason Thompson) side and not being with her family when Victor died. Her absence may be noteworthy. Adam (Mark Grossman) gets the idea to frame his half-sibling for their dad’s death, which Nicholas (Joshua Morrow) suspects was murder!

One snare in Adam’s plan to frame Vicky is that she has no motive to want to see her dad dead. Still, that doesn’t stop Rey (Jordi Vilasuso) from slapping the cuffs on Vicky and taking her downtown.

Fenmore’s Special

Adam has been holding over Michael the fact that his son, Fenmore (Zach Tinker), was dealing drugs. But that hold may be lessening. Lauren (Tracey Bregman) informs her husband that their son is in rehab now, getting the help he needs. Adam may have bitten off more than he can chew by threatening Fen’s parents. Michael and Lauren are formidable foes, after all.

Double Trouble

Devon (Bryton James) is still reeling from the fact that Amanda Sinclair (Mishael Morgan) is not only a dead ringer for his late wife, Hilary, but she’s also an attorney, representing Phillip Chancellor IV, aka “Chance” (John Driscoll), who has some questions about the will of the late Katherine Chancellor (the late Jeanne Cooper).

Is Amanda going to steal both Devon’s heart and his wallet? Will she leverage her resemblance to Hilary to her favor? Or will she show compassion to Devon who’s still hurting over the loss of his wife? And how will this all affect his relationship with Elena (Brytni Sarpy)?

Victor, Victorious

Victor’s death was sudden and shocking. His loved ones have been reeling, even Adam who is responsible for delivering double the dosage to his dad causing his demise. Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) has been devastated by her husband’s passing as have his children. Even Victor’s rival Jack has been struck by his death.

But is he really gone? Victor has cheated the Grim Reaper in the past. Perhaps he has done so again? If Victor is truly alive everyone will be affected his return — especially Adam! The Young and the Restless airs weekdays on CBS. Check local listings for air times.
