The Young and the Restless spoilers for Monday, December 23, 2019, tease Kyle going way too overboard for his first Christmas as a married man. He wants everything to be perfect but his over-the-top nature will bite him.
The Young and the Restless Spoilers Highlights
It’s Kyle’s (Michael Mealor) and Lola’s (Sasha Calle) first Christmas as Mr. and Mrs. Abbott and he can’t wait to give her a special day. He’ll even go all out to give her the perfect tree. Unfortunately, it’s all a little too much. And, by too much, we mean too big, too elaborate, and won’t fit through the door!
Whoopsie, Kyle!
Poor Kyle is in for a bit of a bad ride when his tree gets stuck in the hallway. He manages to get it up the stairs and near the door but that’s as far as this beast of an evergreen will go. Poor Kyle won’t know whether to laugh or cry. Don’t worry, Lola will help him decide!
Lola can’t help but giggle over the whole scene. Did Kyle measure anything? He says he did. In fact, he’ll claim he measured it all twice. But, not carefully enough, apparently. They’ll have to trim this tree before they can get it in the apartment!

Another Mini-Mistake
As if that’s not unfortunate and funny enough, they go inside to get the key to the storage unit with the tools. But, while Kyle reaches in the door, he bumps Lola who drops her tray of freshly baked cookies. The sweet treats spill to the floor and Lola can’t help but laugh even harder. This is definitely a holiday to remember!
Special Surprises
Teasers show some touching moments are coming up when a package arrives from Jack (Peter Bergman) and Celeste (Eva LaRue). Their parents teamed up and sent them some gifts they’ll never forget — handmade ornaments from their childhoods.
What a great way to end their day. They’ll tie together their past, present, and future and hope this is just the beginning of years and years of Christmas bliss. The Young and the Restless (YR) airs weekdays on CBS. Check your local listings for airtimes.
