The Young and the Restless recap (YR) for Tuesday, July 24 features Hilary’s deteriorating condition. Her family and friends rallied by her bedside praying for a miracle.
Love On The Rocks
Mariah (Camryn Grimes) held a vigil on The Hilary Hour but her stress level hit the roof when the cameras stopped rolling.
She is losing her friend and was suspicious of her girlfriend, which is more than she can take. She even ended up giving Tessa (Cait Fairbanks) the cold shoulder on her way to the ICU.
Unwavering Determination
Over at the hospital, Hilary (Mishael Morgan) was optimistic and did her best to put on a brave face despite the pain.
She was full of regrets and remorse while asking about Lily, Charlie, and Shauna. Losing the baby was heartbreaking but she was determined to overcome the tragedy.

Horrifying News
Nate (Brooks Darnell) delivered a crushing blow to Devon (Bryton James) when he said that Hilary won’t survive much longer.
He told the grieving man to gather her loved ones to say goodbye. Poor Devon was heartbroken but made the doctor promise not to tell Hilary yet. He wants her final days to be as happy as possible.
Devon left the hospital to get Hilary a special surprise.
Making Amends
Upon learningt about Hilary’s condition, Lily (Christel Khalil) visited Hilary for a stunning one-on-one. The women rehashed their hard feelings, hatred, and backstabbing.
