The Young and the Restless spoiler breakdown for Tuesday, August 14 tease powerful moments as a couple falls apart, suspicions arise, and a secret is exposed!
New Enemies or New Romance?
Sparks fly at the dive bar between Victoria and Nate (Brooks Darnell) when the good doctor interrupts a get-together between Vicky and Nikki. Tensions rise when Victoria learns Nate is now her parents’ private physician.
It seems Victoria isn’t quite as confident in his abilities as her father is. He’s new in town and his track record is pretty unknown (never mind his already starting to dig up dirt about Nikki’s stress). In fact, when the two see each other at Crimson Lights later they have a bit of a falling out when they go head to head.
Time to Reconnect
Meanwhile, Victor (Eric Braeden) has a big surprise for Nikki that will sweep her off her feet. It’s time for some romance, relaxing, and reconnecting as the power couple spends time getting massages and stealing a few sweet moments alone.
Fighting to Run
Speaking of tension, there’s a lot of that going on in the Ashby family. Spoilers reveal Lily (Christel Khalil) will explode of Cane’s (Daniel Goddard) escape plan and it’ll drive a wedge in their marriage.
She’s ready to face the consequences of the accident (no matter what they might be) and Cane wants his family together no matter what it takes.

Cane knew she ran that red light and not only kept the secret from her but told their son to lie. She blames Cane for her predicament since his cover-up made her look like a liar in the eyes of Devon and the cops.
Buying those tickets aren’t helpful, they’re hurtful. They could make Lily look even more guilty.
The Ashby teens decide to take matters into their own hands and try to get through to their uncle. They see Devon as their mom’s only hope and they set out to find him and beg for mercy.
The Truth Is Out!
Teasers reveal Summer (Hunter King) and Mariah (Camryn Grimes) get into each other faces one more time during a run-in at Crimson Lights. While slinging mud and insults may be counterproductive, there’s a part of their blow up that isn’t. When Kyle (Michael Mealor) realizes the timing of Nick (Joshua Morrow) and Sharon’s break up he starts to put all the puzzle pieces together.
Nick and Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) better watch out because their secret is out and once Summer realizes her daddy was her mom’s mystery man anything is possible! Will she turn on her parents or help them hide the truth?
