Well, her days of faking are over. In a surprise twist, it turns out Mia is actually pregnant and carrying a very real baby! Right there, on the screen will be her 12-week-along bundle of joy. It’s a huge shocker and she cannot believe her eyes (or her luck)!
So, who is the daddy? In a not-so-shocking twist, it looks like this child belongs to Arturo!

Mia does some quick math and realizes uh-oh, this happened just about that time when furnace went out at the apartment and Arturo (Jason Canela) came to Mia’s rescue. Oh, he kept her warm all right and that night exactly will change his life forever.
