Sneak Peek: November 4, 2026
Nate (Sean Dominic) has taken the necessary steps to return to his medical career. He had surgery to repair the damage in his hand. He has been rehabbing it. And Lily (Christel Khalil) fired him from Winters, so he had no choice but to become the doctor he wants to be once again. While he’ll remain on the board of his family’s company, it’s clear that he’s already putting that part of his life behind him.
In the photos above, he’s in scrubs talking to Stephanie (Vivica A. Fox). He also hugs his boss/girlfriend. And Nate and Stephanie talk to Dr. Andrew Bishop (Fareed Ward), a member of the hospital’s medical team. What isn’t clear from the photos is whether this doctor will be an ally or an obstacle for either Nate or Stephanie.
According to the teasers for Thursday and Friday, Nate’s reentry into the medical world will be bumpy. Look for him to hit some roadblocks during this return to medicine. This is natural. He hasn’t been on doctor duty for a few years. Getting back into the thick of things won’t be easy for him. And it might not be easy for Stephanie either. Her authority will be questioned. Will this new doctor have anything to do with it?
